At Invaluable Minutia, every item is made just for you — no dusty warehouses, no mass production. Because each piece is created on demand, all sales are final.

That said, if something arrives damaged or flawed, we've got you.

💥 Damaged or Defective Items

If your order shows up with a production error, printing flaw, or damage in transit, please contact us within 15 days of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear, well-lit photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we'll gladly send a free replacement if the issue meets our eligibility criteria.

🚫 What’s Not Covered:

  • Buyer’s remorse or size changes — We can't accept returns for wrong size selections or changed minds. Please refer to the size guide and double-check before ordering!

  • Minor color shifts or variations — Slight differences from on-screen previews are normal with print-on-demand and not considered defects.

  • Shipping delays — We cannot issue refunds for extended shipping times once the order is in transit.
