Love a design but wish it were available on a different product, color, or format? It’s always worth asking. Some existing Invaluable Minutia designs can be adapted to other compatible products when production options allow.

1. Tell us the design name or send the product link you saw.

2. Choose the product or variation you’re interested in, such as a hoodie, tote, pillow, mug, or different color.

3. Include any helpful notes, quantities, or timing considerations.

We’ll confirm what is possible, along with any pricing or production differences, before anything moves forward.

Please note: Custom product placement is not the same as full personalization. We do not currently offer open-ended names, photos, wording changes, or other personalized edits on every product unless specifically stated.

🖨️ How are your products made?

Most Invaluable Minutia products are printed or produced after an order is placed through trusted production partners.

Production methods vary by product and may include DTG printing, sublimation, digital printing, engraving, and other specialty processes.

📦 How long does shipping take?

Our general estimated delivery times include both production and shipping, beginning when your order is placed.

• United States: Approximately 3–9 business days.

• International: Approximately 8–30 business days.

Actual delivery times vary by product, production partner, destination, carrier, and customs processing.

🇺🇸 Is U.S. shipping free?

Yes! Free tracked shipping is included on all U.S. orders.

There are no additional shipping charges for eligible U.S. deliveries.

🌍 Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We offer FREE tracked international shipping to 39 supported destinations on eligible products.

Availability depends on the product and delivery destination. Certain products, including our U.S.-only doormats, cannot be shipped internationally.

If an item is unavailable for your selected destination, checkout may restrict delivery.

🌎 Will I have to pay customs duties, tariffs, or import taxes?

Possibly. Free international shipping does not necessarily mean duty-free or tax-free delivery.

Depending on your destination, your order may be subject to import tariffs, customs duties, VAT, GST, customs-clearance fees, or carrier handling charges.

Where applicable, charges not already collected at checkout or included under the applicable shipping terms are the customer's or recipient's responsibility.

These charges may be assessed by local customs authorities or delivery carriers and may be payable before or upon delivery.

We recommend reviewing your country's import requirements before ordering.

Invaluable Minutia does not charge customers additional shipping fees after purchase because a production partner's fulfillment costs were higher than anticipated.

📍 Will I receive tracking?

Yes! We provide tracked shipping for our eligible U.S. and international deliveries.

Tracking information is emailed automatically once your order is ready to ship and tracking details become available.

Please allow some time for the carrier's first tracking update to appear after a shipping label is created.

Orders containing products from multiple production partners may receive separate tracking information for each shipment.

📦 Why did only part of my order arrive?

Some products are made by different production partners or fulfillment facilities. Because of this, a multi-item order may be divided into separate shipments and arrive on different days.

When available, separate tracking information will be provided for each shipment.

✍️ Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an incorrect shipping address.

Because orders may enter production quickly, address changes cannot be guaranteed once production or fulfillment has begun.

❌ Can I change or cancel my order?

Possibly—but please contact us immediately.

Because products may enter production shortly after purchase, changes and cancellations cannot always be made once production has started.

If you need help, email us with your order number as soon as possible.

🚚 Which shipping carriers do you use?

The carrier depends on the product, production partner, destination, and available delivery services.

Depending on the shipment, carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other regional delivery partners.

🔁 What is your return policy?

Because most products are produced after an order is placed, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change-of-mind purchases.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue so it can be reviewed.

📏 How do I choose the right size?

Apparel listings should include product-specific sizing information whenever available.

Because sizing can vary between garments, always check the size chart for the specific product you are ordering.

For the most reliable comparison, measure a similar garment you already own and compare those measurements with the listed size chart.

If sizing information appears to be missing or unclear, email us before ordering and we’ll help you find the available details.

🎨 Will the colors look exactly the same as they do on my screen?

We work to represent artwork and product colors as accurately as possible, but screens display color differently and printing methods can produce small variations in tone, saturation, texture, or placement.

Minor differences between a digital mockup and the finished printed product are normal and may vary by material and production method.

🧵 Are your products handmade by Invaluable Minutia?

The artwork, creative direction, product selection, and design preparation come from Invaluable Minutia.

Production partners handle printing, engraving where applicable, and fulfillment.

✨ Do you offer personalized products?

Not as a universal service at this time.

We may be able to place an existing Invaluable Minutia design on another compatible product or variation, but names, photographs, custom wording, and other personalized changes are only available when specifically offered or approved in advance.

If you have something in mind, ask. Worst-case scenario, we say, “not quite—but here’s what we can do.”

📸 What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please email Admin@InvaluableMinutia.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the problem

• Clear photos of the item

• Photos of the packaging if the package itself was damaged

We’ll review the issue and help determine the appropriate next step.

🕯️ Can products from the same design look different across product types?

Yes. Artwork may be adapted for different shapes, materials, print areas, and production methods.

A design on a hoodie, mug, canvas, clock, or candle may therefore use a different crop, scale, placement, or layout while remaining part of the same design family.

🔐 Is checkout secure?

Checkout is processed through Shopify and supported payment providers.

Payment information is handled through the applicable secure payment systems rather than being manually processed by Invaluable Minutia.
