All items are made on order to reduce waste and ensure boutique-level quality.

Most U.S. orders arrive in 4–8 business days total — that’s production + shipping together. Every order includes tracking. Some items may ship separately if produced by different print partners.

• Europe: Free Shipping — approx. 7–15 business days

• Australia & New Zealand: Free Shipping — approx. 7–15 business days
• Latin America: Free Shipping — approx. 10–20 business days

Creation times are included in the U.S. estimate. During peak seasons or weather delays, orders may land toward the far end of the window. International deliveries can occasionally take up to 3–4 weeks due to customs and local carriers.

📦 Tracking & Split Shipments

Tracking is provided on every package. Orders with multiple items may ship in separate boxes and can arrive on different days — each box has its own tracking number.

✍️ Address Changes

Need to fix an address? Reply to your order email within 12 hours and we’ll try to update it before production. Once an order is in production or shipped, changes aren’t guaranteed.

🧾 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Orders

If an item arrives damaged or your tracking hasn’t moved for 7+ days, contact us with photos and your order number — we’ll make it right.
