📦 Shipping Information
Every Invaluable Minutia piece is made on order. That means your item is produced specifically for you rather than sitting in mass inventory — less waste, more intention, and a little more time before it heads your way.
✨ U.S. Shipping
Free tracked shipping is included on all U.S. orders.
Most U.S. orders arrive in approximately 3-9 business days total, including production and shipping.
Because some products are made by different production partners, multi-item orders may ship separately and arrive on different days.
🌍 International Shipping
International shipping is available to supported destinations.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- the products in your order
- product size and weight
- production partner
- destination country
Larger items such as blankets, framed art, canvases, and oversized wall décor may have higher international shipping costs.
Your available shipping options and price will be shown before you complete checkout.
International delivery generally takes approximately 10–30 business days after production, depending on destination, customs, carrier delays, and product type.
📬 Tracking & Split Shipments
Tracking is provided whenever available.
If your order contains multiple products, they may be produced by different partners and shipped in separate packages. Each package may have its own tracking number and delivery date.
✍️ Address Changes
Need to correct your shipping address?
Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We’ll do our best to update the address before production begins.
Once an item has entered production or shipped, address changes may no longer be possible.
🧾 Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders
If your order arrives damaged, appears lost in transit, or tracking has not updated for an extended period, contact us with your:
- order number
- tracking information
- photos of any damage, when applicable
We’ll review the issue and help determine the best next step.
🌎 Customs, Duties & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, carrier fees, or other charges required by the destination country.
These charges are not included unless specifically shown as collected at checkout and may be the responsibility of the recipient.
🎁 Holiday Shipping
During busy holiday periods, especially November through December, production and carrier transit times may take longer than usual.
Ordering early is always recommended for time-sensitive gifts.
