Because most items are produced after an order is placed, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change-of-mind purchases.
If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue so it can be reviewed.
Where appropriate, a replacement, refund, or other resolution may be offered after review. Nothing in these terms limits rights available to you under applicable consumer-protection laws.
